24h reception, really good breakfast for italian standards, 5min walk to the station, good gastronomy in the immediate vicinity, very comfortable bed, kettle in the room
The bathroom made a 1st charming impression, but had a closer look at the best times and it always smelled like sewer :-(. Despite the hotel not being fully booked, we got a room on the 4th (top) floor - in the hallway under a partly open roof, which meant that the room was always cool to cold, and that other rooms on this floor were renovated / refurbished, which led to an enormous noise level from 8am in the morning it shouldn't have been a low season to give this room, too bad!

The location is fantastic, with a quick walk to two metro stations and a comfortable room that was well-appointed and quiet. Daily provided fresh towels and a nicely scented shower gel added to the cleanliness. While breakfast was adequate, the absence of tea/coffee making facilities was a slight drawback.
